See More Jesus

About Us

See More Jesus is a free Bible study site with one goal: to help you truly know who Jesus is — by studying the word of God itself.

See More Jesus is a free, multilingual Bible discipleship ministry. It publishes verse-by-verse studies of the King James Bible, each one paired with the meaning of the original Greek and Hebrew words, a graded quiz, and hymns to listen to while you study — all offered in about 88 languages, at no cost, with nothing locked behind a signup or a donation. The studies are built around subjects rather than single verses — mercy, faith, repentance, baptism, and many more — so a reader can go deep on one subject at a time and actually remember what they learned, the way the mind holds onto ideas better when they’re grouped by topic instead of scattered across a book. Studies, quizzes, and goals work together here on purpose: reading alone rarely sticks, but reading, being tested, and tracking your own progress does.

This site is a free, step-by-step Bible discipleship curriculum. Every lesson walks through Scripture verse by verse, with the original Greek and Hebrew word meanings, a quiz at the end so you can test what you have learned, a daily devotional, and testimonies from readers around the world. A built-in player lets you hear old hymns while you read, in the musical style of your own part of the world. There are no ads, no sign-ups, and no charge — not now, not ever. The lessons are published in about 88 languages today, and more are being written and translated all the time.

The site is also built to be your study desk, not only your reading page. As you go, you can take your own notes right here in your notebook — then download those notes along with the lesson itself, so what you learn does not stay trapped on a screen. Read it, carry it, and go preach it.

Those word meanings matter more than they may sound. In much of the world a believer has no way to reach a real Bible dictionary, lexicon or commentary — such tools cost money, come in the wrong language, or simply cannot be found. Every lesson here builds the fuller meaning of the original Greek and Hebrew right into the page, in your own language, free. If you have never been able to put a study library on your shelf, this site is meant to put one in your hands.

One thing we hold sacred: we never machine-translate the Bible itself. Every verse on this site, in every language, comes word for word from a real, licensed Bible edition in that language. Where no trustworthy edition exists for a language, we send you to one instead of guessing. The teaching around the verses is translated with great care — but the Word is the Word, and we do not touch it.

The Story Behind This Site

I did not grow up in church. I met the Lord on Halloween night — a night the world gives over to darkness — and not long after, the woman who would become my wife stood beside me as I gave my whole life to Him. In the year 2000 we moved and joined a faithful group of believers, led by a Jewish preacher, who prayed and studied the Word together daily. With them I went on mission trips to Israel, sharing the gospel, and carrying it even into the West Bank, to share it with Palestinians.

Scripture came alive to me in a new way. I saw that Jesus is the seed of Abraham — “And to thy seed, which is Christ” (Galatians 3:16) — and that in baptism we are baptized into His death, so that we too might walk in newness of life (Romans 6:3-4), having put on Christ Himself (Galatians 3:27). We become, as Paul says, members of His own body: “Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular” (1 Corinthians 12:27). The more I studied and prayed, the more I wanted. I could not get enough of the Word of God.

After many years of ministry, I began to notice real trouble. My memory was slipping, and in time I learned that a rare cyst was growing in my brain. A few years ago I had brain surgery. The headaches disappeared, but for a long while I wrestled with something deeper: I was no longer confident in my own ability to preach, or to carry what I had been given.

Around that same time, I realized that the two men who built the foundation of what would become this website could not carry it any further. The Jewish preacher who had taught me all those years — the same man who wrote these studies by hand — had passed away, after 50 years of preaching the Word. The man who had patiently turned his handwritten pages into digital form had suffered a stroke. Someone needed to pick up where they left off. Taking up what seemed dead, I began preparing and posting these powerful lessons here, refining them and translating them into 88 languages. I take no credit — the work was simply placed in my hands, and I aim to finish my race bringing glory to God. It is my pleasure and honor to share with you the studies that have had such a deep impact on me and my whole family. The entire site is open, free, and at your disposal. No donations are needed — God has paid it all, for us all.

Looking back, I can see that God used the brain surgery to set me free — free from the trade I had spent my life in, and free to give all my time to what matters far more. I have never been happier in all my life. My wife of many years still stands beside me and supports me to this day, and I still spend long hours in a basement so that these studies can reach the world. Whatever you find here, if it blesses you, give the praise to God — for these pages hold the accumulation of three men’s best life’s work, and He is the author of it all.

This is my story. Readers around the world are writing theirs too — you can read them, or share your own, on our Testimonies page.

How this site is made and checked

Every study here started as a handwritten Bible study, built up over fifty years of real ministry work. Those handwritten pages were typed up, and are now prepared for the web one language at a time. Scripture itself is never run through a machine translator: every verse, in every language, is copied word-for-word from a real, licensed Bible edition, and every study page names the exact edition it’s quoting from (see our Sources & Licensing page). The teaching that surrounds those verses is translated with care, and checked by automated tests before it’s ever published. When someone sends in their own testimony, a real person reads it before it appears on the site. If you ever find a mistake anywhere here, write to us — [email protected] — and we’ll check it against the sources and correct it.

Our ten-year hope — with honest numbers

We would rather tell you the truth than an impressive number.

This site is young. We only began measuring visitors in August 2026, so we do not yet have years of traffic to project from — and we will not pretend we do. What we can tell you honestly is where we are starting from and where we are aiming:

A word from the ministry

This work exists because we believe the Bible means what it says: “Search the scriptures… they are they which testify of me” (John 5:39). Whether you are here to study, to test yourself, to take notes, to listen, or to share your testimony — welcome. Stay a while, and see more Jesus.
